a certified Yoga Coach with over 10 years of experience in guiding individuals & groups toward physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. My journey with yoga began in 2011 while traveling through Tibet,it has transformed my life in ways I never imagined. Now, I'm passionate about sharing the valuable experience that the profound teachings of yoga can give.
I believe that yoga is more than just a series of physical postures. It is a holistic approach, my teaching integrates traditional yoga philosophy with modern practices to create a balanced and fulfilling life.
